Service Description

Order a quickie custom cover and get an ebook cover designed specifically for your book for only $50. (Note: Quickie custom covers do not allow for any revisions. Virginia will design one cover for you based on your selected title and themes and if you love it you can purchase it for $50. If you don't love it, it costs you nothing, but becomes a part of Virginia's pre-made gallery (with changes to title and removal of your author name). **When booking it says payment accepted "in person" but this setting simply means that Virginia will invoice you accordingly should you choose to purchase the cover.

You’ve Got Questions — I’ve Got Answers

What is your average turnaround time?

I'll be frank. I have a 5 year old and I work from home. She's pretty good at entertaining herself for a while, but there are days (or weeks) where she decides that me ignoring her is the worst thing ever. So, my turnaround times are variable, because my available working hours in a given day are variable.

That said, I can generally get an initial cover design to you in a few days, and an initial formatting design to you in about a week. Then your responsiveness factors greatly into how quickly we move on from there. 

Why do I have to pay half of the cost of booking upfront?

The short answer is: because this is the internet, and not everyone is nice. The long answer is: I'm sure you're a lovely, trustworthy human being. However, not everyone is, and I cannot afford to spend time on design work that is going to go unpaid. I have bills to pay and a daughter to feed, and charging half of the cost upfront allows me confidently start work on your project as quickly as possible.
